Amazing Stay
attentive staffchristmas eve
I found the staff very attentive. They are lead by Madam Wi. Breakfast included fresh omelets every morning. The hotel put huge effort into making Christmas Eve special with a banquet dinner and live music. It was a great touch.

A Mixed Experience
limited menuno privacy
I found some aspects quite disappointing. The breakfast lacked variety, and many items listed on the menu were unavailable. our room was right next to the cleaning staff's area. They used our patio as a shortcut, which gave us no privacy at all.

the location had Fine views. it was a five-minute walk to Maremegmeg and Vanilla Beach, that was useful. The pool looked beautiful, and I enjoyed it. the staff were friendly and tried to help us.

I liked that the staff welcomed us very warmly. The room featured perfect views and sunset looks hard to beat.
The pool was often dirty. I noticed mold on the ceilings in our room and the walls looked very worn.

Relaxing Stay with Fine Views

I enjoyed the friendly staff. The place received good maintenance. I stayed in a room with forest views. It. Some moments I enjoyed included breakfast at the restaurant showing forest views. I liked afternoon dips with panoramic ocean views and sunset views.
The tap water discolored during my first night. It showed a yellowish and brown tint and a distinct smell.
